Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through www.zb-zondra.com (the “Site”). ZONDRA™ is a brand and trademark operated by HAAZON LLC, a United States limited liability company. This policy is designed in accordance with applicable United States consumer protection and ecommerce laws.

1. Return Eligibility

ZONDRA™ offers a 30-day return window from the date the order is delivered. To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
• The item must be returned in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
• Gift cards
• Clearance or final sale items
• Products showing signs of use, damage, or alteration not caused by ZONDRA™

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, contact ZONDRA™ customer support at support@zb-zondra.com within the 30-day return period. Include your order number and reason for return. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or error by ZONDRA™, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact support@zb-zondra.com within 7 days of delivery and provide photographic evidence. ZONDRA™ will evaluate the issue and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

6. Refund Processing

Once a return is received and inspected, ZONDRA™ will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

7. Exchanges

ZONDRA™ does not offer direct exchanges. Customers wishing to exchange an item should return the original item and place a new order.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered fulfillment, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the return process.

9. Abuse and Fraud Prevention

ZONDRA™ reserves the right to refuse returns that show signs of abuse, excessive returns, or fraudulent activity.

10. Policy Updates

ZONDRA™ reserves the right to update or modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time to reflect changes in legal requirements or business operations. Updates will be posted on the Site with a revised effective date.
